About The Artist
Kaelani is an oil painter and multimedia artist in Fayetteville, AR, creating emotionally grounded oil paintings that explore the vulnerable and unfiltered moments of human experience. Her work invites viewers into moments that feel intimate, vulnerable, and deeply human.
Largely self-taught, Kaelani later refined her practice through college-level art study as an art minor. Influenced by classical composition and dramatic lighting, her paintings are driven by emotion, healing, and storytelling. Drawing from lived experience without a direct narrative, each painting presents a moment in time, allowing feeling and atmosphere to guide the viewer’s experience.
Multi-disciplined in the arts, Kaelani’s background includes formal training in ballet, the clarinet, and music education. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and an Art Minor from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Music Education at the University of Arkansas. She is also a children’s book author, with one published activity book and additional projects in progress.
Today, she continues to create and sell her artwork and commissioned portraits throughout Northwest Arkansas, including Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Central Arkansas, and across the state.
