Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and content sold or displayed on this website remain the exclusive property of Kaelani Perez. Purchasing an original artwork, print, or commissioned piece does not transfer ownership of copyright or intellectual property rights.
Buyers are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, license, or create derivative works from any artwork without prior written permission from the artist. This restriction applies to all formats, including digital use and NFT creation.
Customers are welcome to share photos of their purchased artwork on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not grant any ownership or reproduction rights.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the artist.
Liability
Once an order has been delivered to the customer, the artist is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or care by anyone other than the artist.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Smudging or staining artwork
Tearing or bending prints
Damage caused during framing or display
We are not required to provide refunds or replacements for damage caused after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or production error, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets quality standards.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing. Print dimensions include any borders stated in the listing. Misunderstanding of product details does not qualify for compensation.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
If there is a problem with your order, please contact the artist promptly so they can assist you.
An effort is made to present the artwork accurately through photographs and descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly depending on device screens and display settings. Viewing product images on multiple devices is recommended if color accuracy is important to you.
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
To request a replacement if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must provide:
A photo of the invoice or packing slip included with the order
A photo of the received item
This requirement helps prevent fraudulent claims and protects the business and artist.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is handled by UPS to ensure safe handling and delivery of the item.
Processing times are listed in each product description. While I strive to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.
Requests to change a shipping address must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error, a restocking fee of 20% will apply, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
